About

A DIFFERENT BREATHWORK YOUTUBE EXPERIENCE. WELCOME TO THE LENTNESS LIFESTYLE.

Lento is a breathwork channel designed for people who are overstimulated, overworked, and under-recovered. Not for people seeking spirituality. For people who want their nervous system to work better — at their desk, before a meeting, or at 2am when sleep won’t come.

Why Lento?

Lento is the Italian word for slow. In music, it describes a tempo so unhurried that every note has room to breathe. We chose it deliberately.

We live in a culture that optimises for speed — faster decisions, faster recovery, faster everything. Lento is built on a different premise: that slowing down is not a retreat. It is a precondition.

Slow the breath first. The body follows. The mind follows after that.

This is what we call Lentness — not laziness, not disconnection, but the deliberate act of returning to your own pace before the world sets it for you.

Every session is built around a specific physiological outcome: calm, focus, energy, sleep, or anxiety relief. The techniques are drawn from peer-reviewed research on the vagus nerve, heart rate variability, and the autonomic nervous system. The environments are cinematic. The guidance is direct.

We call the philosophy Lentness: slow the body first, then let the mind follow.

Lento is free on YouTube. New sessions every week. Each one belongs to a world — a biome — built for a different state of mind.
